Often, where a deceased estate is concerned, there is a home with furniture and belongings that are now surplus to requirements and need to be dealt with. Furthermore, the executor, administrator or family members believe that they themselves have to take care of the packing and removal of all of these items, a daunting task that takes up their time and energy. This is where we come in. We combine our professional, fully insured removalist division, with our experienced project management to provide you with the solution you require.

Once sentimental items have been removed by the family, there is a need to quickly, and efficiently, pack and remove the remaining items and any waste from the home. WA Transition perform this removal based on your Free Appraisal with one of our specialists and our understanding of your requirements. We can advise you if certain items may have value and could be auctioned or sold and which items are best disposed of. Once you have confirmed your instructions, we have teams in place to efficiently perform the required tasks without the need for you to be present. We can also project manage the final clean and any maintenance required to the home in order to prepare it for sale or lease, including pest control, grout cleaning, security assessment and installations, and handy man work.

The Process:

Make contact to organise a Free Appraisal with a specialist. Once we have appraised the home we will provide a fixed price fee for the project for approval by the executor or administrator. This competitive fee will include packing, materials, charity drops, waste fees, insurances and the delivery of items to all required secondary locations, including beneficiaries, family members and auction houses (where you will hopefully recover some of the cost to the estate). We have the ability to mobilise quickly at a time that suits you.

If required, we can also bring the property to a sellable/ leasable standard, through cleaning, redecorating and any other trade work.
